We can give you a rough quote on your New Website without a deposit by email or over the phone - but to give you a more accurate quote, we will need to recieve a deposit through the safe and secure PayPal process. This is simply because in order to give you an accurate quote on your New Website, you will need to have a Personal Consultation with our Professional Website Creative Director. This is a comprehensive consultation that will take into consideration the complete scope of your website design as well as its functionality - commonly taking from 20 minutes to 1 hour.
In order for us to make a living designing and building websites, naturally our Website Designer needs to spend most of their time actually designing and building websites and not giving personal consultations to those that are not serious enough to pay a 100% Refundable $195 Deposit. If your personal consultation doesn't result in your approval to move forward with your website project, your $195 Refundable Deposit will be promptly refunded.
DEPOSIT
You receive a rough quote on your New Website Project, or you go ahead and pay the 100% Refundable Deposit by clicking on the "Pay your $195 Deposit Here" that you will find in the emails that we sent you. Your deposit is left in the Credit Card account until your Personal Consulation and your Website Project is approved by you.
PROJECT DETAILS SUBMITTED
You will receive an email within 24 hours that contains a link to an online form that is designed to give us most of the additional information necessary to evaluate and prepare for your Personal Consultation with our Website Designer and Website Functionality Engineer. This form will contain such things as: your contact information, description of your business, your design style preferences (either links to any number of existing websites and/or from our Website Design Style Library or color pallet preferences), what functions you would like to include in your website (FLASH, forms, shopping, media serving, email list and other data management, etc.).
EVALUATION OF YOUR PROJECT
You will receive within 24 hours another email that reflects the Website Designer's and the Functionality Engineer's evaluation of the scope of your Website Project as represented, along with any questions, comments and instructions for preparation of your Personal Consultation. Included will be contact options for your Consultation.
PHONE CONSULTATION
Your Personal Consultation generally takes place within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your deposit (exclude weekends & holidays). During this Consultation, ALL of your design style preferences, functionality options and website page matrix will be discussed at length.
You will receive within 24 hours an email that will reflect your Personal Consultation which will give you an accurate quote for your New Website as it is understood.
a. If you have any changes to make to this quote, you respond with a phone call (supported by an email) or email that represents clearly any changes that need to be represented in your quote. An updated quote will be sent back to you promptly.
b. When you don't have any changes to to make to this quote, you may either accept the quote by Replying to this email and state your acceptance in writing - or you can refuse the quote and Reply to this email by rejecting in writing.
• If you accept, your deposit will be withdrawn from the Credit Card Account.
• If you reject, your complete deposit will be refunded promptly back to your Credit Card.
GRAPHIC MOCKUP
You will receive your first graphic representation of your Website Design within 48 hours along with your website content matrix included for your changes or approval.
You respond either by phone (supported by an email) or email with any design changes and comments on your New Website Design. If there are changes to make, you will receive these changes to your graphic design within 24 hours. This process will continue until you are satisfied with the Design of your New Website.
DESIGN APPROVAL
Within 24 hours of your acceptance of your New Website Design and Page Matrix along with receiving your initial content, we will begin building your New Website.
WEBSITE BUILD
You will receive regular email updates with links to your website during the building progress for you to make comments and changes.
APPROVAL OF FINAL PRODUCT
You will be given the opportunity to continue feedback during the building process. Major changes to the overall design at this point may incur further charges.
BALANCE PAID
You will be required to pay your project balance in full before (a) your new website is launched live or (b) your new website is electronically delivered to you.
How long will it take? Depending on the website design and functionality complexities, the size of the website and with receipt of all of the content, your website can take as little as one week to complete.
